Please contact Your Chamber of Commerce or Customs Office to obtain the accurate information regarding the documents necessary for boat transportation.
Boat rental
The Organizing Committee has a limited number of boats available for rental purposes (Nelo and Plastex brand). You may require rental boats by filling in the corresponding form and sending it back by the 17th of June as indicated. Upon receiving the boat rental form 50% of the rental fee will be added to the proforma invoice as it must be paid in advance as a deposit along with the participation fee. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the accreditation centre. Boat rental requests received after the deadline will be considered but the Organising Committee can not guarantee the requested make or model and the rental prices double after the 17th of June.

Training camps in Hungary
With its nice calm waters and well-known heritage in the paddling sports Hungary will surely be a popular location for training camps again in 2011. Because of this high demand we are expecting please plan your training camps and contact the Hungarian Canoe Federation well in advance so we can prepare you a custom tailored package complete with transportation and motorboat. Please note that the Maty-ér Regatta Course in Szeged will only be available to a limited number of people due to the construction work going on at the venue but Győr, Dunavarsány, Budapest and Szolnok are bookable.
